Paint needs the right air and surface temperatures to cure, so we plan around the forecast and book work from spring through fall.
Prep decides how long it lasts
Pressure cleaning, caulking, scraping and priming come first. Masking protects windows and anything else not being painted.

Yes. These need the right prep and coating, and we will spell that out in your written estimate.
Can you paint metal buildings?
Yes. Metal needs cleaning and the right primer where there is rust or bare areas, which we check at the walk-through.
Can customers still get into the building?
Yes. We keep entrances safe and work around parking and deliveries.
