Warehouse painting

Keep the dock moving

Warehouses are about scale and access. We plan around your shifts and truck schedule, section off the area we're working in and keep aisles clear. Bare walls, exposed ceilings and the office build-out up front can all be scoped in one estimate.

Warehouse painting we handle

  • Interior walls, including block and metal
  • Exposed ceilings and deck, scoped at estimate
  • Warehouse offices, restrooms and break rooms
  • Doors, frames, bollards and handrails
  • Exterior walls and overhead doors, in season
  • Touch-ups between tenants

What to plan for

What matters in a warehouse

01

Access and lifts

High walls and ceilings can need lifts. We check heights, racking and floor space at the walk-through, so your estimate reflects the real job.

02

Stock and overspray

We protect racking, product and equipment and agree which aisles are open each day. Anything that could be affected gets moved or covered first.

03

The right coating

Bare block, metal and old coatings each need a different primer. We match the product to the surface, because a coat over the wrong primer peels early.

04

Safety on an active floor

We work with your site rules on forklift routes, PPE and check-in, so our crew never slows your team down.

Juan and his crew painted our living room/kitchen, and the hallway/atrium on 1st and second floors. Even though the existing paint was 20 years old, Juan matched it perfectly. The crew arrived on time, to the minute, both days. We had just replaced all our carpet the week before, and when the painters were done, not a drop on the carpet. We'd hire them again in a minute.

Juan and his entire team did a wonderful job for us! They repainted our stucco two story duplex and garage. Their work quality was outstanding, pricing was very fair and reasonable, and they completed the full exterior home painting project in a timely manner as well. You can tell Juan is a business owner who really cares.

After a house fire, our 1929 era home required major rebuilding. Lakeview's team made sure that every detail was accounted for, inside and out. They took time to discuss what we wanted and then delivered. We highly recommend Lakeview Paintworks to our friends and family!

Questions

Warehouse painting questions

All commercial painting
Can you paint while the warehouse is running?

Yes. We work in sections and around your shifts, with the work area closed off. Your site rules on forklifts and check-in apply to our crew too.

Do you paint exposed warehouse ceilings?

We scope ceilings at the walk-through, since height, deck type and what is stored below all affect the method and the price.

Can you paint concrete block and metal walls?

Yes. Each needs the right prep and primer, so we check the surface and spell the system out in your estimate.

Can you paint the outside of the building too?

Yes, from spring through fall when temperatures allow. Exterior walls and overhead doors can go on the same estimate.

Do you paint warehouses between tenants?

Yes. We can freshen walls, offices and doors between leases, on a timeline that suits your next move-in date.
