Can you paint while the building is occupied?
Yes. We work floor by floor with a schedule you can share with residents, and keep hallways and exits clear throughout.
Do you handle unit turns?
Yes. Tell us your move-out and move-in dates and we will fit between them. We can quote a single unit or a run of them.
Can you repaint the exterior too?
Yes, spring through fall. Siding, trim, balconies and stairs can be quoted together or in phases.
Does the age of the building matter?
It can. Buildings from before 1978 may contain lead paint, so EPA lead-safe rules may apply. Tell us the build year when you ask for an estimate.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. We can invoice and communicate through your manager and provide insurance documentation up front.
